Kickstand out and it’s still touching the ground. I assume he has to walk it around every corner in order to keep from tearing off his exhaust. This is more impractical than hellaflush.

It could have air ride on the back.

Didn’t think of that. Hopefully.
Still, you’d think he would have done something to keep it from literally resting on the ground, especially on just one side. It could get kind of twisted after a while.

Good point. I really hope so.

If I recall correctly you have a 90s escort right? I’m helping a buddy of mine build his up a little bit, and make it look a little better, but I can’t find this grill for sale! Any ideas where to start looking?

Junkyards are probably your best bet! I lucked out and found a GT grille at Pull-A-Part one time. You can always check eBay, but it’s much cheaper if you can find one yourself.

Awesome thanks! Yeah ebay is almost completely void of body parts for these cars which I thought was actually quite strange.
A picture of the car in question mid headlight polishing, I love this color!

Nice! I’d also recommend a set of corner lenses off of a Mercury Tracer. They’re clear with just orange reflectors, rather than solid orange. You can find a set on eBay for $15 or so, too.

It’s a Harley or Harley-like cruiser. If he (because let’s face it, it’s a dude) wants anything other than to look like Peter Fonda in Easy Rider, he’d have bought a real bike. ;)

That’s the GT grille, so if you ebay that you might have better luck.

Here’s a source for aftermarket replacement GT grille.

I bought a bike (Honda Shadow) that had lowering links in the back. It was so annoying. Once I removed that crap and got it back to proper ride height it was so much better. Damn thing scraped on everything.

Nah, it’s just had a Harley rider on it for too long and can’t take the weight anymore.
